I feel lucky to work in a field that I love and am passionate about. I think education is so important and it's really tough on a student when they're struggling in a subject. I've been an english tutor for over ten years. I have my degree in english and writing. I work with students of all ages from pre k through college. I specialize in reading, reading comprehension, writing, grammar, phonics,spelling/vocab, study and organizational skills. If a student needs supplemental tutoring, I design my own curriculum to best fit the student's needs. I can also help with homework. If an assessment is needed, I can do that before tutoring begins.
