I've been a Math tutor for going on 5 years now. I've taught K-12 math as well as Calculus I-III. I spent a couple years tutoring at a tutoring franchise called Mathnasium and am currently working part time as a math tutor at The Ohio State Univeristy. I am currently tutoring in the subjects K-12 math, Calculus I, and Korean. I love tutoring because I've firsthand experienced how great of a difference it can make in classes and want to pass that gift forward. I am a student at OSU studying Pharmaceutical sciences and Korean. I believe my well diverse knowledge in science as well as background in English and Korean can help for many students needs of tutoring when it comes to school and classes. I really enjoy helping and teaching others because teaching allows the teacher to learn more from students everyday, and being able to incorporate that into future lessons.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations with a minor in Marketing, which has given me a strong foundation in communication, cultural understanding, and creative engagement. I have over three years of private tutoring experience, working closely with children from Kindergarten through 3rd grade. What I love most about my work is interacting with kids and creating a positive, fun learning environment where they feel excited and confident to learn.
