Once I graduated I found myself at Virginia Tech where I offered tutoring services at an afterschool program for a local middle school where I helped with math and reading. I am now back home in Pennsylvania pursuing an Engineering Degree at Drexel University where I wish to help future engineers succeed in there academic and personal life. As a current high school teacher, I've dedicated six years to teaching, including five years at Gateway Regional High School. I taught 7th & 8th grade math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, and Algebra II. Having spent five years coaching basketball and a decade refining my tutoring skills, I understand the importance of mentorship and personalized learning. My college education at Rider University laid the foundation for my commitment to helping students build confidence in math.

I've been an Mathmatics and Science tutor at the K12 level for 15 years. My motto is "teach the student how to learn." I usually conduct a diagnostic test first, then tailor my lessons to better suit the learning style of the student. Many of my students saw dramatic improvement before taking their GCSE exam.
